Some good news for us Playstation 3 owners, Valve the company behind the Left 4 Dead series maybe finally warming to the idea of developing for the PS3, Left 4 Dead writer Chet Faliszek recently told Edge the developer has been cautious with its approach to supporting the platform, but said he believes it’ll happen eventually.
Before we do anything on the PS3 we need to be able to support it in the right way, but we’ll look at it, and I’m sure down the road we’ll do it.
The PlayStation 3 version of The Orange Box, released in 2007, was outsourced to EA while the Xbox 360 and PC versions were done at Valve’s studio.
So maybe this could mean future Left 4 Dead releases maybe making their way to the PS3, even more exciting news for us PS3 gamers, it just seems to get better and better.
Stay tuned as more news is likely to come our way.
