
The Wii U is set to launch in North America on Sunday November 18th, that is according to a leaked internal e-mail from the Tokyo based video game retailer Media Land.
WiiUDaily obtained the e-mail, which also states that the console will launch in Japan one week later, however there is no mention of a European release date.
The Wii launched in North America on November 19th, which was also a Sunday. It was then released in Japan two weeks later, with European gamers getting their hands on the system three weeks after the North American launch.
With the Xbox 720 and PlayStation 4 rumours also surfacing today, it’s been a bumper day for news regarding shiny new consoles. We expect more to be revealed at E3 this year, and we’ll be there to bring you the news directly.
